⚠️ Warning to Others About This Nail Salon Experience ⚠️ I’m sharing this to protect others from going through what my 17-year-old daughter just experienced. She went in for a full set and brought a clear reference photo — the design she specifically wanted, just in red. She asked multiple times if the nail tech could replicate it, and was told yes. What she received was far from what she asked for. Not only were the gems completely different (not gold, not the same shape or placement), but when she politely asked for corrections, she was met with rudeness and visible disdain. The gems on her pointer and ring fingers were done in a single line down the center — they were unevenly filled in with gaps and crooked placement. Even the French tip depth was off. CiCi is wonderful! We moved over summer and I'm happy to have found my new spot. She is great and I'll keep coming back. The salon is clean and everyone is very professional. Today I got the fancy spa pedicure for my birthday. I thought it was wonderful

The nails are decent and service is good however, my daughter got a full set and was cut on 1 of her fingers. Not sure with what yet. I received a spa pedicure and was cut as well during clipping. Both bled. Watching for infections and treating proactively. I’ve never been cut getting my nails done and neither has my daughter. I also asked for my toes to match my French fingers nails, which were done say service, that did not happen. She painted my toes a solid color instead. We likely won’t be back after this last trip in unfortunately.
