Freeman's Barber Shop

I went to this barbershop on the fly. I was coming from the new Carolina Kitchen off of Central Avenue and was looking for a barber nearby. As I researched barbers nearby, I came across Freeman’s. I called and inquired about their services and was on my way there. Once I arrived, I was welcomed by Dave who gave me a nice temp fade cut on my sides. I was very pleased with my cut and will be back soon. It’s very affordable. This maybe a dealbreaker to some, but they are a cash only establishment. Other than that, great place.

Rena was the Absolute best ever..... Loved the atmosphere loved the conversation she was very patient and took her time and executed the cut I wanted even though i was a little difficult. She took care of all my needs and I'm a very proud happy customer.

Showed up at 10 am on a Wednesday. All signs say they open at 830 am. Sign on door says open but door is locked with no one inside. Waited 10 minutes and tried calling the phone number. Disappointing experience.

Malcolm was engaging, respectful, and friendly. He knew how to cut! He was the only person working on a Friday before a holiday but he kept it moving. I would suggest taking time after each cut to swept around the chair. I definitely have a new barber!

Took my son to get his haircut and we arrived about 15 minutes before close. I don't like to be the last person to arrive as a business is about to close (hated this when I worked at a restaurant). Thankfully, the lone barber there cut his hair and also suggested I needed one as well (which was fair because I did, but I cut my own). Cut was quick, professional and pleasant.
