A Home Away from Home There aren’t words that can describe how pleased I am with my experience at Freebs Fitness; however, I will try! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms by the owners and treated like family. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized—everything you need for a great workout. What really sets Freebs apart is the atmosphere. I have been to gyms from Oregon to Maine and everywhere in between. There’s a strong sense of community here that you don’t find at most gyms. Everyone—from the staff to the members—is friendly, supportive, and genuinely wants to see you succeed. ABSOLUTELY LOVE GOING TO FREEBS fitness MELISSA and the staff is amazing and very kind very clean gym and equipment it’s like you are family when you walk in. I also love they have tanning right in the building so you aren’t having to go somewhere else to tan and the fact she’s adding on putting a sauna and even more stuff. She also has shakes and teas down stairs which are amazing as well very tasty. I haven’t been there in awhile with a recent accident but once I’m able to walk again I’ll definitely be back so here’s a photo of when I was going you can see how clean the gym is kept.

As a beginner I felt very comfortable going to Freebs! Not only did I get hands on help from Melissa, she gave me lists and reps and dialed me in to what I should be doing and working on. Hands down best atmosphere, staff and equipment! They are always doing new and exciting things around there!

It's tough to give a gym a good review because it's better when no one else is there, but I love this spot. I've been through a good number of gyms, but often, weightlifting isn't prioritized. It's typically treated like a thing that is offered because it has to be. This is a lifter gym. They offer tanning and some protein products, which is great if you're crashing or forget your pre-workout. It has 24 access to most places. The amount of machines, handles, and options is pretty impressive. Dumbbells could be a little heavier. They go up to 100lbs, but again, there are tons of options.

If you’re looking for a gym that’s clean enough to eat off the floor (not that I recommend that after leg day), look no further. This place is spotless — like, “your mom would approve” spotless. The green color scheme is oddly energizing too. It’s like working out inside a giant kale leaf, and honestly, I’m here for it. The staff? Super friendly. They somehow manage to be both motivational and not overly peppy — a rare balance. They’ll help you lift without making you feel like you’re in a protein powder commercial. And the owner? Absolute legend. Always around, always approachable, and genuinely cares about the place and the people.
