Excellent haircuts by a top barber! I had been searching for a barber I liked for over 5 years before I happened upon Freebird. I'm so glad I did. Sam is an excellent craftsperson who takes the job seriously, while still engaging with each guest. Great atmosphere and music. Very reasonable price. And because Sam is more than a cosmetologist, she can shave the back of your neck with a razor blade, instead of an electric clipper.

Sam is the best! Not only can she give you a crisp tight haircut and smooth shave but she’s got some really great local products for sale. Also, she’s amazing with kids! My son loves getting his haircut and loves Sam!

Sam is amazing. She’s a top notch barber with high quality technique (i.e., not your run of the mill barber using clippers all over your hair) that this area has been waiting for. In addition to that, she’s extremely friendly and listens closely to what you’re looking for for your hair. So, if you live in the area, no need for long treks to Kingston etc anymore to get a high quality cut. And, if you are in Kingston and surroundings, you should definitely consider a trek out to Freebird!
