"I am very disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Free Hands Salon. I specifically requested champagne blonde highlights, but instead, I was given golden ash highlights, which look muddy and nothing like the reference or what I had before I walked in to this place. I called the next day to ask for a correction, and the owner/ stylist told me she couldn't do anything else for my hair. She claimed that applying a new toner would either make it more ash or 'break' my hair, which is simply not true for a simple tonal shift. It felt like an excuse to avoid fixing a mistake. I expected much better professional expertise and customer service from a salon with this reputation.

I wish I could leave 10 stars! Andy and Priscilla have made my mermaid dream hair come true! I want to thank the crew at free hands salon so much! You guys are truly amazing!

Priscilla and Andres are so kind and professional. They really listened and cared. I found Free Hands by complete accident as I was panicking trying to find somewhere to accept me as a walk-in within the hour after my appointment cancelled on me last minute. They took over and got me in and out with a beautiful blowout style that lasted until my evening event. Saved the day for me and I'll recommend anytime.

Priscilla and her staff are so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had been bouncing around to various salons - not happy with the service - but here I feel so cared for, the product quality is unmatched and I love my color and cut long after I leave the appointment. I found my forever salon!

I'm glad that Boca Raton has such a wonderful and friendly #atmosphere where you can "clean your feathers" 🥰. I have repeatedly applied for a beautiful haircut 💁🏽‍♀️ to the #artists of FREE HANDS SALON💇🏽‍♀️, I also brought my wonderful baby (she is 7), the way she was served touched me to the core ☺️🥹❤️ -she was like a little princess 🥰 She's so in love with her new haircut that now she doesn't want anything else 😄 she's waiting to be able to go there with me again ❤️ (Priscilla she's your biggest fan now 😁❤️) . Today I did #balayage coloring (by the way, this is the first coloring after giving birth 😂😅), I doubted for a long time whether to dye my hair, but knowing how well all the masters know their job, I decided and did not regret not a second ☺️😁 I looked 10 years younger lol! The ha
