I didn’t even have the opportunity to attend my appointment because the person I booked with, Brenda, texted me five hours before my scheduled time to say she “forgot to tell me” she would be away for a few days and couldn’t make the appointment. Everyone’s time is valuable. I took time off from work specifically for this appointment. Canceling with such short notice due to an oversight is completely unprofessional. What made the situation worse is that I was not offered an alternative appointment, a different provider, or any attempt to accommodate me—just a message stating she wouldn’t be there. This experience reflects poorly on the business and its respect for clients’ time.

No even joking this was the worst hair cut I ever got. The back was uneven and the front had one side too long and the other side too long. Definitely will not be coming back. So many better places around. Don’t waste your time or looks

I love Brenda!!! I always hate getting my haircut and have trouble getting used to how I look, but with Brenda I am so happy every time!!! She is very personable and will make an effort to remember you. She makes good conversation during the cut and also allows time to relax. Be sure to make an appointment because it gets very busy. She gives honest opinions about what would flatter your face best. My bf also got the best haircut he’s ever gotten from here. I forgot his stylist’s name. It is also in a very convenient location.

I went in for a cut and blow dry. Veronica did an amazing job. I got 6 inches taken off and was a bit nervous with how it would turn out. She cut my hair so it fits my face. I have been getting so many compliments! I love it!

Don't bother making an appointment - it won't get you in at any particular time. Quality of the stylists varies quite wildly - one time you might get someone that does a good job, the next, someone that...doesn't. I'd love to get my hair cut here over my lunch hour to avoid another trip out to somewhere near where I live, but I can't get there and be told it'll be 'a while' when I've made a specific appointment.
