I had the best experience at Frayed Hair Lab! The salon is the most welcoming environment, the staff are friendly and fun, every area of the salon is well organized and has the cutest decorations and vibe! Kira combines professionalism and a quality connection to the client. She does an amazing job of educating the client every step of the appointment and has provided me with a wealth of knowledge about my own hair and how I can continue to improve my hair outside of her chair. I went in for a soothing treatment and a haircut with Lauren. Lauren was very professional and proficient. She did a great job with the soothing treatment, and she was fast as well. As for the haircut, she also did an amazing job!!! I love my hair! It’s the best haircut I’ve had in the last couple of years! I will be coming back to Lauren from now on! Thank you so much!
