This is my 2nd visit ever and had Mrs. Carol this time instead of Mrs. Donna, and Mrs. Carol didn't skip a beat knowing what I wanted and pulled through! Scott @Fratesi & co is the best hair dresser I've ever used in Arkansas! I always feel like a million bucks when I leave! He uses products to from Italy and genuinely cares about all of his clients best interests! Seriously the best place ever for a blowout!
