Been in Melbourne 13 years, finally found someone who knows how to do a good scissor cut. Got last two haircuts here, will be back again.

Great haircut! Vicki takes her time and makes sure you get the cut you want. I've had haircuts all over town. Some great, some not so much. Frank's is the best. All their barbers are superb. Can't beat the price, either! $11

It can be more than a challenge finding a Barber with this quality of work where quality sores above price. Many of the franchise driven hairdresser's in the area are more interested in getting you in and out no matter how poor or acceptable the cut is. Frank's meet both aspects hands down. I was personally surprised at how well priced their cuts are especially when accounting for the attention they put into meeting your desired style. I'd go out on a limb to say they have the best ran Barber shop in the Melbourne area. Visiting Melbourne and Frank's was recommended by a long time resident. The place is clean, everyone is friendly. 4 chairs. Lots of conversation. Vicki listened carefully when I told her how I wanted my hair cut, then did a great job getting it just the way I like it with no wasted motion. I really don't like to talk much and Vicki let me sit quietly, but was willing to talk when I had a question or comment. This is where I will get my haircut the next time I'm in Melbourne.
