Franklin International Beauty Store

I went to this store to buy some braiding hair and I had a nightmare and a very awful experience with this man behind the counter. This man was extremely upset, and was agitated towards me because I asked him a questions on extension pack hair color. Unfortunately for-this business, I will never go to this store any more because there are multiple welcoming hair store around the block for me to go and give my money to. I will not support any MAD MANAGER and the VERY FRUSTRATED MAN, and support his business. Absolutely not. I hope the man behind the counter is satisfied losing a customer due to his unwillingness to control his anger and attitude

I went there two days ago and bought a wig from them and paid 165 for it just to put it in my head and get stiff and Knots in hair. . I give the one star because the man so so nice but this is not right .

Every time I go there, I feel welcomed. I love buying hair from this place. Since I’m the one braiding my girls’ hair, the staff is always happy to help me choose the best hair to style them. I recommend it 100%

Every time I go here I always have a pleasant experience. The people there are kind! They are very helpful to me when I need someone’s assistance and someone is always around on the floor. I very much appreciate that while they do watch customers, it’s not in an incriminating way as other stores have the tendency to hover you in an uncomfortable and irritating way. I recommend this place to people I know.

I am typically mindful of shopping places that have policies of all sales being final where an exchange or return cannot be done once a product is opened. It was my first time shopping at this business because I desperately needed a larger shower cap for my braids and a sleeping bonnet for a trip and didn’t want to drive into Boston or Dorchester. After purchasing, the shower cap was too large and the sleeping bonnet was not satin on the outside since the package read satin sleeping bonnet. When I went to the store the following day, with an annoyed facial expression to imply he could not be bothered, the man overseeing the store told me he cannot do anything with the product after I opened them.
