Went to the location In Haverhill brianne was my stylist, she did a full foil trim style nd wash and I was absolutely satisfied from start to finish. She did a wonderful job and was a great help with what I was looking for. I will recommend all my friends to her and also have shared on my social media the name and location to this lovely new look. Frankie's Beauty Bar was recommended to me. I reached out looking to get my hair cut as soon as possible and I was able to get my hair cut the same day with Catherine. She was great and took time talking to me to know what I wanted. I'm very happy with how my hair came out and will be back!

The word disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. I came in for tinsel and make up for my bridal shower later that morning. The only saving grace was the amazing Catherine who did the tinsel. She was so sweet and fun to talk to. As I was waiting for my make up artist, Shelby, it became abundantly clear that she was not showing up. Catherine did her best to remedy the situation and contact her coworkers trying to find out what was going on; while she was working with her own client. She was SO kind. I was assured I would be receiving a refund for my deposit and the manager would be calling me to on Monday to apologize and offer me 2 free make up applications with Shelby. Monday came and went. No phone call. No refund. I had to go through my credit card company for a charge back a week l

One morning I decided I really needed a haircut. I'd walked by this shop and the eye-catching mural many times, so I thought I'd give them a try. I booked online for a wash, cut, and blowdry that afternoon. Brianne was wonderful! We consulted about what I wanted, she addressed any hair concerns during the wash, explained every product she used, and offered styling advice. Great experience all around and I love my new cut!
