I've been here twice and both have been great experiences! A lot of times when I get haircuts I feel that I can't really speak up but here that was never an issue I was even encouraged to give feedback during the process. When I had highlights done I was too nervous to say I was kinda unhappy with there not being a lot on the front, but we called back and got that fixed free of charge!
