Charged me 50 for a cut that wasn’t even done right . I still have guide lines in my hair. They also charge per machine they use which makes no sense whatsoever . No barbershop charges like that. The man couldn’t even line me up properly . If he’s going to be charging that much the cut should be crispy. He also said my cut was too difficult trying to use that as an excuse as to why he charged so much. If you don’t know how to cut hair just say that . I get a bald fade . The easiest cut there is. Just go across the street to supreme fades they have cheaper cuts and they actually know how to cut hair. Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but now I see why everyone left.

Quality fade, was very fast and didn’t waste any time. Best prices unlike others who charge a arm and a leg !

Would recommend this spot! They do a decent fade for a cheap price. Great spot for a quick cut. The guys only speak spanish, so I showed them a picture of the cut I wanted. Was able to communicate with them to get a great haircut and fade, which is hard to find. They also accept credit card.

I am usually a very understanding person. I know not everyone is perfect. However, I do know that working in a customer service industry you do have to care about your customers being happy. They might not always be right, but their money should be valued especially in a barber shop field where there are dozens of places we can choose from in Chicago. We still chose YOUR barbershop to invest our money in. They should appreciate and value EVERY SINGLE customer that comes in. Great customer service will keep any place open for business. When I walked in here I felt like I was intruding in someone’s house. I wasn’t welcomed when I walked in. I was just skipped for their known customers. Like their money was worth more. I have been coming here to get my hair cut for a while now. I'm picky about who cuts my hair. So far every visit has ended with a satisfactory outcome. Check them out if you are looking for a barber. The barber I go to goes by the name coyote. He is all about the detail and never rushes to get people done. He uses hot shaving cream which feels great when it comes to shaving.
