When a person is very knowledgeable and passionate about their work, it shows, and Alma is no exception. She did an absolutely astonishing job on my hair, and I had left my appointment happier than I could've imagined. Beyond being an exceptional stylist, Alma offers engaging conversation and clearly strives to make her customers feel comfortable and welcome. Visiting Francis Salon was a delightful experience to say the least as the salon offers both a friendly and stylish atmosphere. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the results of my haircut, and I'll definitely be returning to Francis Salon in the future.

Alma does such a wonderful job! Always a real pleasure to chat with her - honest, gentle, funny, engaging conversation - but the real deal is that I always leave feeling great about my hair. It is perfectly even, perfectly shaped, easy to manage, easy to brush in whichever way I like, and makes me feel confident even though I am starting to thin out up top. Also great experience with the feeling of the actual space, the music, the shampoo, the cleanliness, etc. So grateful to have found this spot!

I went for the first time today and got my hair cut by Alma. She is absolutely amazing!!! She will give you exactly what you ask for all while having some fun conversation too! I'm so happy I found this place!

I saw Alma for the first time today. I went in looking like I was wearing a mop on my head, left with subtle/natural looking highlights and a perfect haircut. It’s not easy to find someone who knows how to deal with my long, thin, straight hair. Alma is fun, we had great conversation and music while she worked. So glad that I’ve found my go-to in Philly!
