Frances Unisex Hair Salon

Hello, I’m writing to formally complain about a haircut I received at your salon and to request a refund for the service. I specifically asked for a wolf cut with texture and showed the stylist a reference photo to clearly communicate what I wanted. Unfortunately, the result was nothing like the request. The stylist cut my hair much shorter using scissors, did not confirm or ask about the length beforehand, and did not add any of the texture or layering shown in the reference photo. I was extremely unhappy with the final result, yet I was still charged $30 for a service that did not match what I requested or what was shown in the example.
