Fracassi Lashes

For starters this was my second time going here to get my lashes done and the first time I came here the lady who did my lashes did not do them correctly they were to close to my eye lids and it wasn’t sitting right with me, the lashes kept irritating me and so I took them off. Today I decided to go again because I haven’t been there in a year so I thought they would do better but the service was still the same, lashes still too low, asked for a long set and the lashes weren’t long at all, & payed $75 for a set that came off the SAME DAY I will not be going back here at all I will gladly take my money else where, I feel like that’s a waste of peoples money. Just a heads up for who ever decides to go here for there lashes.

Nice tech and girl in the front. I accidentally ripped half the lashes off my eye and was on my way to a party! (DO NOT USE EYELASH CURLERS!!!) They only charged me for half set which was great and the tech gave me great, honest advice about growing them back in. It was a little strange that there were 2 people working but only one was an actual tech. There was a half hour wait and several people had already left. The inner point of the lashes was a little sticky for the evening and there was a little sting, and this morning the outside was coming off a little, but I had some residual waterproof makeup on when applied. Zero stars the service is horrible the lash techs are nasty individuals. They convinced me to buy a 1500 dollar yearly membership to get my lashes done any time i want them done just for them to close aweek later. They insist i pay in cash only on top of that! I got the classic extensions and a brow tint my lashes were un even one was fuller than the other and they feel out 3days later and my brow tint was dark and crooked it literally looked like she out permanent marker on my brows, the nike check mark. So i came in for a fill after 3days only for them to tell me they dont except the membership on the weekdays mon-wed my work days. They never told me this as well. So i came back that Monday for them to tell me that the only lash tech working that day was new and didn’t know how to do las

I've been coming here for years and I could say that I've always had a positive experience each time I've come in 😁!! The service these women provide are phenomenal and excellent! The staff is even better! They treat you as a member of the family! They're extremely sweet, generous, and caring! I love coming here! The work I've gotten done over the years is nothing less than amazing and always satisfied with the work being done!

Sunny does exceotional work on individual lashes and eyebrow waxing and tinting. She's very good. The salon is very nice interior, relaxing, and friendly atmosphere. So glad that I was able to get a walk-in. Not too long of a wait. The prices are very reasonable for the services.
