Tashena went above and beyond! Her skills are solid, but I make things extra complicated. I'm allergic to most hair colors, one brand is ok. She had to special order it. The snowpocalypse that shut down Amtrack and most mid Oregon highways stopped the order from arriving in time though. She is a good stubborn and embraced her inner McGyver, she drove around and consulted with other salons who might have some in stock until she got some. I was in a time crunch to go to a funeral, and she came through. It meant so much for her to try, and persevere even. She also suggested an entirely new kind of cut for me, and it turned out adorable. I'd had the same cut for 20 years and resist change. I had an unexpected job interview come up, they got me in that day and did such an amazing job. I love the color and the prices were some of the best in town.
