Fox Beauty Supply

Some of the woman and men that work there as clerks or store associates have poor people skills and always have attitudes that’s not good customer service. Always hostile in this store for no reason. Since it’s an African American neighborhood with African American workers you would think they would be more welcoming and nice but absolutely rude. This isn’t high school it’s a beauty supply store.

The people working there aren’t friendly, so good luck asking for help! But honestly the PRICES ARE FANTASTIC so I like that: I just get what I need and leave. 😎

They have a great variety and great prices but if you want good customer service nope. However the cashier's are real improper and need to learn about what it is to provide a good customer experience. That matters more to me than the price because there are plenty other low discount stores with a variety that people can get things from if they feel uncomfortable going to that one. Just saying!!!!

This beauty supply is the only one in the area with stuff but if u feel like being followed around the store by the owner’s watch dog then be my guest. Definitely won’t be returning
