I really wanted to like this beauty supply store because they have a large Variety of wigs and supplies to choose from, the store was clean and organized… However the Customer service in here is Bad!! I traveled 25 minutes here on 10/1 to purchase a few wigs and supplies There was a short chubby women working in the wig area, she stood there arms folded.. not one time ask me if I needed help or assistance. Just stood there… After 10 minutes I decided to go up to her to ask her about a few wigs and if she had any recommendations. This women looks at me sucks her teeth and say “I don’t know.. i don’t even like any of these wigs don’t ask me. Walks away and i hear her mumble “ like.. why you asking me” just pick something”. When she sees me walk away she says “you “don’t like anything”

My first time at this location today , Female Cashier was rude gave me dirty looks and attitude she walked away from the register with out saying anything and the male cashier cashed me out but it’s ok because he was nice and courteous. I don’t know what was her problem I know some people have bad days and maybe she had a long day or whatever but she needs more training on customer service skills . The store is clean , has a lot of inventory and up to date with newest products will shop here again!
