I'm in town for one week only and she fit me in at the end of her day and while I had just a simple trim I had the best experience. She listened to what I needed out of my trim and what my goal was. All around Lovely to work with her.

I go there specifically because Dorthy Miller who used to own Illusions Salon in Cicero N.Y. has a chair there. She is one of the best stylist in the Central N.Y. area. If you're smart you'll go to the salon and ask for Dorthy and book HER personally. You won't be sorry. If you want a cut and color on an international level, book Dorthy only. She is pro, and my 5 stars are for her only.

The best salon in Syracuse. If you're bored with your hair and don't know what to do with it, Kelly will know exactly. She is a very talented and friendly hairdresser. Also does an amazing job on eyebrows!!

Absolutely horrible experience with Anne. I had long curly red hair and wanted either a long inverted bob or a short bob. I showed pictures of both cuts. I showed her the short bob first and then the long inverted bob which I was leaning more towards. I'm thinking she's going to give me advice to not go with the short bob because it would be a shock to go from long to short like that. And with my curly hair, it wouldn't turn out the way I'm picturing it. Nope, she says let's do the short one and rushes right into it. Didn't ask me how long or short I wanted to go. Didn't ask me if I wanted my sides and underneath in the back shaved. She just took over and went at it. I only wanted one side shaved. She shaved both sides and the back. In the back from the occipital to the crown she left
