I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I booked a couples massage for Friday at 4 PM to celebrate my husband's birthday, which was supposed to be his first massage experience. We arrived 20 minutes early, and upon entering, we were promptly led to a room and instructed to undress and lie down. Initially, only one staff member attended to my husband, beginning his massage without any oils or preparations. After waiting for five minutes, I inquired about the other therapist and was informed she was finishing another appointment. After a considerable delay, I decided to pay only for my husband's massage, but the staff urged me to wait. Eventually, the first therapist began a brief, 10-minute massage on me before the second therapist finally arrived to attend to my husband. D

Wonderful experience. They really listen to you and what you want (deep tissue, areas in pain, ext.) I would recommend going to Yoyo!
