The manager at the front desk is a wonderful person. I had to change dental offices due to a change in my dental insurance, but during my first visit, the manager carefully explained the treatment estimate in detail. Thanks to that, I was able to receive treatment without worrying about the cost. Dr. Lee usually provides careful and high-quality treatment, but their mood can be inconsistent. Most of the time, I don’t have to wait more than 15 minutes, and the treatment is thorough and excellent. However, when the office is busy, my experience has been different. On one occasion, I waited for over an hour, and Dr. Lee seemed to be in a bad mood. The treatment was finished in only about 10 minutes, and the rest of the planned work was postponed to the next visit. Initially, I was told that

Since we started seeing, Dr. Lee several years ago, my wife and I have noticed her attention to detail, compassion, and her ability to listen to her patients. This is the first time we’ve remained with the same dentist this long, and we plan to continue seeing Dr. Lee. I feel like when you find a dental office with professional staff that make your day a little better, mixed with the highest standards of care provided by a passionate Dr. (Dr. Lee), one doesn’t have to keep looking for new a new dentist . I originally scheduled an appointment on January, but it was canceled due to snow. I completely understand that weather issues happen. However, I was told that the clinic would contact me to reschedule — but after waiting for two weeks, no follow up at all. I had to reach out myself to book another appointment. For the second appointment, I arrived on time, but the clinic was closed. No prior notice, no phone call. I tried calling and no one answered. After sending a text message, I was told they were closed due to weather again and that, because of a system issue, I was not informed. Once again, I was told they would contact me to reschedule. Dr. Lee and her staff are extremely professional, kind, and caring. My son is 6 years old and has been seeing Dr. Lee for 3 years already. She is so gentle and patient with him (he's a talker). My daughter (3 years old) had her first cleaning today and I was pleasantly surprised that she did so well. Dr. Lee was so understanding that she wouldn't like certain things but she was patient, waited, and made sure my daughter was ready each time she went to go back to continue the cleaning. I cannot recommend anyone else for children teeth cleaning. Dr. Lee knows how to work with kids =) Also, my husband and I are both patients there and have had teeth cleanings with both Dr. Lee and Stephania. This business does not pick up the phone or answer calls. I think if the doctor knew how horrible her receptionist is she would have done something about it. You’re losing business every day. No complaints about the doctor whatsoever.
