I have been seeing Nolan for almost 2 years pretty regularly. Nolan is truly gifted. He’s warm, sensitive,and incredibly intuitive. You feel safe and understood the moment you walk in. His background as a Juilliard-trained ballet dancer gives him a rare, embodied understanding of how the body moves and holds tension, and in comes through in every session. I always leave feeling lighter, more aligned and more at ease with myself. Nolan has a way of seeing what’s really going on beneath the surface and working with it gently but effectively. He’s easygoing, genuine, and exceptionally skilled. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Nolan is an exceptional Rolfer with a keen understanding of how to help the body realign and move with ease. His work is incredibly effective at relieving pain and tension. After my session, I felt more balanced, grounded, and noticeably freer in my movement. Highly recommend his bodywork to anyone looking for meaningful structural change.

First and foremost, Nolan is a great guy. I always enjoy and value his positive energy and the genuine care he shows for my improved health and bodily function. His intuitive approach is always tailored to my needs (very beat up/metal parts) and each session I feel that I leave with greater understanding of my body. In the time spent working with Nolan I've seen significant improvements in the ability to use my body more fully (range of motion and more natural & integrated movement) and am resultantly getting back to the sports and outdoor life I love. I am very grateful for Nolan’s kind and thoughtful integrative approach to healing the body. My journey with him began when I met him at Stretch Lab in Boulder. At the time, I was a former college athlete who had taken a break from swimming while starting my PhD, and I had lost touch with how to really listen to my body.
