LOVED THIS PLACE! Formi is honestly a hidden gem. They offer so much in one place—wigs, bundles, and so many other hair essentials. It makes shopping so convenient, and the quality is top-notch. The hair is soft, full, and just beautiful. Joyce made the entire experience even better. Her customer service was amazing—she was so kind, helpful, and really knew her stuff. She made sure I was taken care of every step of the way, and the process was fast and smooth. I’m so happy I found them and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for decent quality hair. I wasted a lot of money here and I am extremely upset. The amount of shedding is insane. I have genuinely never experienced hair this bad, and I am a middle aged woman who has been wearing bundles since I was a teen. The fact that the employee or owner recommended this hair is absurd. The selection is extremely limited, and the pricing is on the higher end for what is being offered. Based on the quality, pricing, and lack of variety, I don’t see this business operating for very long, especially in the current economy. Customer service can only take you so far. Readers, please save your money, and Formi, please work on the quality you are providing to customers.

Probably the worst hair I’ve ever purchased. The bundles are extremely thin, with most of the hair at the top and hardly any at the bottom. They should be ashamed to sell bundles like this. The picture shows two bundles that I installed yesterday.

I love the wide range of products this store has from frontal to closure to bundles to wigs. Customer service 10/10. They also have a huge range of products for hair and makeup and nails. I love this store. Really my favorite beauty supply. I highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience at Formi Hair. The customer service, accessibility, and convenience sold it for me. It’s really nice to look at human hair bundles in person so I know if the quality is good or not. They have a nice variety of textures and lengths. Also they have necessities you would need like other beauty supply stores. Joyce was great in helping me pick the right hair and both of them were very nice and accommodating.
