Formah Brazilian Beauty Center - Buckhead

I started out with a consultation session to ensure I fully understood the treatment offerings and how they would support my overall fitness goals. The team at Formah were very professional and courteous. I felt comfortable and supported throughout the consultative process. We were able to develop a solid plan together to jumpstart my goals. I was very happy with my experience and look forward to the journey at Formah!

Unfortunately, my experience with Formah in Buckhead was extremely disappointing. I spent $1,400 on stretch mark treatments that showed no results, and when I brought it up, I was told I needed to come back when I was “less tan.” When I followed up to schedule after that, they told me my credits had expired—something I was never made aware of at the time of purchase. I asked for a call back from the owner, but I was never contacted. This felt like a complete waste of money and a total lack of transparency. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Definitely one of the biggest scams I’ve ever encountered in the wellness space.

I arrived on time and was given lots of paperwork to fill out by hand. This wasn’t sent to me prior to the appt and I wasn’t told to arrive early to do this. The esthetician was very rude. She gave me confusing instructions pre-session, which cut time out of my session, her tone of voice was very clipped, she was clearly annoyed for some reason, and she did not take my measurements prior to the treatment. She seemed annoyed that I asked questions about the different treatments and that she had to explain one twice because I was h clear on the descriptions she was using - they all sound the same. As soon as I finished my session, the owner/manager tried to sell me on $988 worth of additional services that I did not ask for. She gave me a long spiel about it and didn’t bother to even ask if

Formah has been a place of healing for me; the lymphatic drainage massages and other body treatments help your system detox in a way you just can't on your own. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind and I always leave feeling better and lighter. Shout out to Amaiah and Monika - thank you!
