I Wouldn’t Go Anywhere Else In Town! All I Can Say Is She Was The Sweetest & Most Professional Person To Cut My Hair In The PNW, Hands Down.

I am getting married in the area, and wanted to make an appointment for a gel manicure the day before my wedding day. When I called to schedule 1 month out, the owner informed me that she doesn't take appointments that far out, but she confirmed she would be open that day. She told me to call a week or two before my requested appointment date, and that I could schedule then. Strange, but okay. When I called back to schedule today, she refused to let me have an appointment. She stated because I am not a local, she won't take my appointment. She complained that she had several appointments with people who are from out of town who "just don't show up", so she no longer accepts appointment requests from "non-locals". I thought this was a bit unprofessional, but I do understand her frustratio

She is so nice! The only person ill let touch my hair in this town. I tried other places (3 of them) before I found this one and they wouldn't even cut my hair.

I always get my haircuts here. Phong does a great job cutting my hair at a reasonable price. She is friendly, but doesn't talk my ear off, and I can usually get an appointment the same day I call. Phong also does women's hair, shampooing, and waxing.
