From the moment I walked into the spa, I was enveloped in a calm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for an amazing experience. The scalp treatment was incredibly soothing—gentle, and thorough. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the massage. Iris was absolutely wonderful. She was nurturing, kind, and attentive throughout the entire session. Her touch was both delicate and deliberate, and it was clear she cared deeply about providing a quality, relaxing service. She was friendly and easy to talk to, but also respectful of quiet moments, creating a perfect balance that made me feel completely at ease. I left the spa feeling refreshed, deeply relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit. This was a moment of pure self care and I 10/10 highly recommend!

My experience with Iris was the most relaxing of my life, from the warm welcome at the door to the end of our appointment. I was impressed by her remarkable talent, genuine kindness, and evident passion for her business, all of which she conducts with utmost professionalism. I had the most wonderful experience on May 10th at Forever 30 Essential Head Spa Treatment. I received the full signature scalp detox treatment, and it was everything I needed and more. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness. The practitioner was incredibly sweet, gentle, and attentive—her soft touch made the entire experience feel like pure bliss. She took her time, explained each step, and made sure I was completely relaxed throughout. My scalp felt deeply cleansed, my mind was clear, and I left feeling completely renewed. Iris, I wish could rate you a 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On 5/12/25 . I had the most amazing experience, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The space was peaceful and beautifully set up, CLEAN!!!!!!!!! and the entire treatment was pure her soul is from a different planet. I drove from Buffalo let me tell you. What a beautiful human and her hands are magical. My favorite part , the steam, exfoliation,  massage. her soft, caring touch made it even more relaxing. She was so sweet and attentive, making sure I felt pampered every step of the way. My back felt incredibly  and refreshed afterward,I left feeling totally renewed. I’m so happy that meeting you treated it was everything I needed and more. You’re are amazing!

Forever30 is such an amazing place. Iris is so patient and kind! I made an appointment for my mom, afterwards my mom called me raving about her experience and how wonderful everything was! Thank you for going above and beyond for us!
