Yesterday I had my manicure done by my favorite manicurist, Katia. I highly recommend her. She is very attentive, always happy to satisfy the customer, extremely detail-oriented, and her manicures are impeccable. She truly tries to do her best for every client. I love this salon not only because it’s close to my house and I can walk there, but also despite the fact that parking can be challenging—there are only two spots for the salon and the rest are usually full. Even so, it’s worth it. I also love the good vibes of the salon, along with all the manicurists and staff. The prices are excellent as well—$35 for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I’m very happy I found this place. It also has seven other locations, but this one in Westchester (Olympia Heights) is my favorite.

I have come here several times and gotten my nails done by technicians who were very professional and meticulous. The price can’t be beat either. I have to say, however, that there are a number of girls there maybe three of them who have a bit of an attitude that makes it uncomfortable for me to go. The last time I went there, I felt a bit rushed when I came in not sure about what color I wanted. The girl did not help me at all, and made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time, as if she was annoyed. I know other people have had a similar experience as I have read the reviews on yelp. I would love to come back here, but I really would love for the owner to find a replacement that has more etiquette and professionalism. Tried this nail salon for the first time and it was a terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and completely unhelpful from the moment I walked in. They insisted I had booked my appointment at a different location, even though I had clearly called and scheduled with them. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, no one made any effort to help — they just talked down to me like I was an inconvenience. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing, positive experience, not one filled with negativity and attitude. To make matters worse, I was ultimately told they only had appointments until 5 and that mine “wasn’t at this location,” and no one even tried to offer a solution or fit me in. It was my first time going to this place I did arrive a little late my fault a lot of traffic, when I stepped inside the hairdresser she did greet me but the nail tech katia barely even acknowledge me, she directly told me to pick a color with attitude. She rushed through the whole process with my nails and proceeded to do the same with my pedicure she yanked a skin from my toe and left me bleeding. It’s not to bash her but i definitely recommend a different nail tech. Blonde Cuban lady my friend did her pedicure with.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I went in to get a keratin treatment, they only had one girl in the salon doing hair and they got my appointment time mixed up by 30 minutes so I was waiting for a bit to get the product put in my hair and then had to wait an extra hour on top of that for the other girls‘s hair to get done so I was sitting in a chair for about four hours for a treatment that should only take about two hours. Not only that, but I have received multiple care treatments before none of the salons of which have ever rinsed out the treatment and then flat ironed your hair, but this salon did which seemed very odd to me. I am now on week, three of my keratin, and my hair is curly frizzy when I get out of the shower and I went to my colorist who said that
