Customer Reviews
I’ve been coming to this salon for a while and usually have such great experiences, which is why I wanted to share some gentle feedback about my most recent visit. I always get the same French tip style, and the quality has consistently been really good in the past, so this time caught me a little off guard. My service seemed a bit rushed, and some of the details that I’m used to receiving weren’t done. There wasn’t any cuticle care, and by the end, the white polish from the French tips was smeared onto the pink base and even onto my skin. The tips themselves were uneven, and my pinky nails ended up different lengths, with one noticeably crooked. Normally the techs compare both hands to make sure the lengths match, but that wasn’t done this time. The set cost $83, so I was hoping for the
Needed a gel removal, but unfortunately, the job was not done very well. If you’re needing this service, double check your nails before they have you wash your hands! My nail tech was already at the counter waiting for me to pay before I finished washing off all the dust to check if there was any polish left. There’s spots of leftover gel polish on every nail.
Kaitie & Monica were so awesome. My husband and I did our pedicure over here for the very first time. Very nice people and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back here, try the other services that they have to offer.
Was happy with the pedicure but by the time the technician got to my hands I don’t know if she was tired but the rest of the experience felt rushed. I asked for just a shape up file and my nails are now different shaped and crooked. On some nails the gel polish is not all the way to the cuticle, the lines on the French tip are crooked on multiple nails and the polish is bubbling. Quite disappointed. Edited: nails are snagging so even the filing wasn’t done properly. Two stars for the pedicure only
I took my 10 year old daughter to this salon as a Christmas present to get a pedicure, and I can’t express how EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I am with their service. My daughter wanted a gel French tip pedicure with a hand-painted red bow on each big toe. We showed the technician a photo, and she agreed, stating the bows would be $10.00 each. After the pedicure, she tried to show me bow stickers and beads. I told her we wanted hand-painted bows. I'm thinking why would I pay $20 for two stickers? She then insisted the photo we showed wasn't painted. ( I've included the photo we showed her). When she finally tried to paint them and asked me to review the work, it looked nothing like the sample, she had drawn a very thin linned bow. Frustrated, she even tried asking for help from a coworker. It wa
