Forever Nails

Tara is my Forever Nail tech for pedicures and she gets a 5 star. I followed her to Forever Nails from her previous employment. I'm sure she is equally proficient at fingernails but I have no personal knowledge. The $35 pedicure is well worth it! Several massages, hot towel, lotions..the works! Forever Nails (near Kmart) was installing brand new pedicure lounge chairs(10 or 12) with back massage and heat settings which led to very enjoyable experience. You should tip $5 or $10 if you like the services.

My wife and daughter visited this salon to have their nails done. Since we’re new to the area, we decided to give it a try, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We paid $140, and the cuticles weren’t trimmed, some nails were applied crooked, and the finish was very thin. To make matters worse, several nails started coming off after only a few days. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this salon to anyone in the Conway area.

The only reason I gave stars was for the cleanliness of the shop and for how nice the guy doing my nails was. My nails are all different shapes, bumpy, crooked, super thick.

Let me start off by saying if I could leave zero stars I would. I arrived at the salon at 11:50 a.m.. I explained the services that I wanted to get and waited for 40 minutes to be set in a pedicure chair. I didn't mind the wait because I was a walk-in but nobody ever told me it was going to be that long. I then sat in the chair for another 30 minutes without anybody speaking to me whatsoever with my feet in cold water. I ended up asking for a towel and just left. I was about to get several services and spend a lot of money and they did not appear to have a care in the world about a customer being upset and leaving.

I’ve been going to Forever Nails for four & a half years now, my mother & I both have Kim do our nails. She’s amazing! We love going to her & seeing all the other employees, everyone is always so nice there! They are always cleaning & sanitizing which is amazing!
