Nice staff but make sure you google the wig you’re buying while you’re at the store. I was talked into buying a synthetic wig there for $87 and saw later that it was $52 on Amazon and would’ve been delivered the very next day. They also overtax on top of it

They upcharge all of their synthetic wigs by almost $40!!! Please do your research in store, when you ask them about it they’ll say the company set the price which is a lie, you can order it directly from the company or Amazon for way cheaper!

While this is one of my favorites beauty supply store. I have no clue why doubles taxed on one of my receipts . Let alone the sales tax was 10% (it’s Waukegan) which im sure is illegal.

Mr Alex in wig section is very helpful and so nice. Go ask for Mr Alex in wig section. he is so nice to me and every time he is nice

Choices for my girl friend were a bit limited. But she did find something she liked. Staff was very helpful and considerate. She is going back to see if she can order awig she liked that didn't come in the color she wanted.
