I wish I could give 10 stars. I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, but I have never had a massage as accurate and effective as this to treat the pain I have been experiencing in my shoulders. I booked my appointment through class pass. Started with a deep tissue massage by Eny, which felt good. Then Jessica took over and WOW. She addressed the pain points swiftly and with precision. I also appreciate her talking me through when to expect higher pressure than usual. By the end of the massage, I could feel a very stark difference, and numbness in my face even subsided a bit - enough for me to notice the improvement. The best massage I’ve ever had I arrived with severe pain in my right arm and shoulder, and from the very beginning the therapist showed true professionalism and genuine care. She took the time to work deeply into my muscles, focusing on every knot and area of tension (I didn’t even realize I had so many She used a warm therapeutic cream and heat techniques that helped release the built-up tension. The sensation was incredible — deeply relaxing and incredibly comforting at the same time. By the end of the session, I could already move my arm much better. What I thought would be a simple massage turned into a truly therapeutic experience that relieved about 50% of my pain in just one visit. I will definitely be coming back to continue my treatment. I had an amazing experience at this spa! The owner, Jessica, really understands how to target pain and knows exactly which areas need attention. The massage was not only relaxing but it also helped relieve the problem. Jessica is truly exceptional at what she does—skilled, attentive, and amazing overall. I also got a facial, and it was not only wonderful but an incredible value. Highly recommend!
