Forest Hills Barber Shop

Old school small town traditional barber shop. Great people here! Best haircut my 22 year old son has received in many years! These guys have over 125 years experience between them and it shows! It's like stepping back in time to when great customer service was the normal experience for every interaction! This is absolutely my son's new regular barber!

Stumbled on FHBS while in town for The Masters. Saw the decent reviews, pulled in and walked into a time warp of a classic old school Barber Shop! I was greeted with a smile and firm handshake by Perry - the owner. He introduced me to Jo Jo - a seasoned old fella who didn’t say much at first. But Perry assured me that I had the best guy for the job - Jo Jo has been cutting hair since well before i was born. (I’m 51) 😉 JoJo did a fantastic job on my haircut and we had some awesome conversations about golf, the Masters, his son, and just life in general… the way good barbershop banter should be. Perry Smith has been cutting my hair for decades, and does a remarkable job every time. It's an old-fashioned barber shop with the atmosphere to match and I love going there , meeting other customers and friend and having a grand ole time. The best!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited this barber shop with my hair looking like a mop. As I am sitting down in the chair the barber asks, "What'll it be?" to which I replied, "35-10... or a higher & tighter ranger". He chuckles and with a smile says, "All right!" Turns out that my barber, Jo Jo, used to cut hair for many years at Ft. Gordon and I walked out with exactly what I'd asked for. Forest Hills Barber Shop is reasonably priced, offers shaves, and has a very friendly atmosphere.

If your "old school" like my husband . .youll love it . The barbers are good folk , they do a good job and make you feel important.The place has a lot of character n really cool interesting things to look at while you're getting ur hair cut or just waiting your turn. Go check them out ..
