Ford Center Parking

Please do not park here! Parked here for about 40 minutes and came back to my car window broken and some of me and my husband’s belongings missing. They are not liable for any damages or things missing in your vehicle. Park here at your own risk! ⚠️

Good location, but that's all it has going for it. No workers in sight, only used this because they had a fixed rate with my hotel. The worst thing about it is the stench of urine in all the corner staircases- disgusting. Literally saturated. They need to clean it!!!!

It’s a parking garage. Nothing too exciting. I felt safe. The machines worked as they should. Plenty of trash in the elevators and entryway. That could be nicer. Overall, fine

$56 for an hour. Worst parking structure I have ever experienced in my entire existence. Took us ~10 minutes to get out of the maze of the structure only to then be prompted to pay $9 for being inside for more than 7 minutes. Contacted customer service and explained that the cars in front of the exit were also stuck inside because exit wouldn't let them out after they paid, and they essentially said "too bad, pay up." Complete trash. This is my first one star review, and for phenomenal reason.

$10 to enter, no matter how quickly you leave. No rates posted. A scam if ever there was one.
