I saw Ally at the end of 2024 for a partial highlight and was happy with the result. When I returned on 02/22/25, I asked to go lighter in preparation for spring and showed her a clear reference photo (included below). Her response was, “I don’t do stripper hair,” which was shocking and unprofessional. Despite explicitly asking to go lighter, I left the salon darker than when I walked in. The photos I’ve included clearly show my hair before the appointment (in the black tank top) and after the appointment (in the pink sweatshirt) and the difference is undeniable. I have also ensured to include time stamps of the photos for proof. I have never had brown hair, in fact I clearly stated I only liked my hair blonde which was why I was there in the first place. Honestly I’m pretty disappointed. I found ally on Groupon and came home for the summer for school so thought I would give her a chance. I booked a balayage and asked for an honey golden blonde and left the first time with orange highlighted streaks. I communicated with her about how I felt my hair looked orange and she was very nice and professional about it and told me a toner would fix it. I came to her to get it retoned and left with still leaf streaks just now masked with brown. Overall the environment is nice and she is very professional but her work just left me disappointed.

I got my highlights done by Kenzie and she was the absolute best! She made my hair look the best it has ever looked. She was so sweet and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I told her I wanted to be super blonde and she went above any beyond! Could not be happier with my hair and will definitely be back for Kenzie!

I love this salon! Ally has been doing my hair for over 10 years. I’m very glad she’s here now. It’s a great location and everyone is super friendly here.
