Drove in from East Texas, On my way to see the Urban Nutcracker at the Stafford center, stopped in asked for gel nails, waited 15 min… Cost $27… this day was good for me, a treat yourself weekend! I am pleased….

My review is for the pedicure I received. Lisa really did a wonderful job. She was also very kind and professional. She went the extra mile to make sure I really enjoyed my pedicure.

I got my nails done on a Friday and while I was there the owner did my nails and while he was doing them I noticed he was very aggressive with the machine like he had it going to fast and I was kinda worried it was gunna get to my skin and cut me but luckily it didn't so I payed my 35$ and left but on Sunday night my nails started to feel A little loose And one of my nails fell off so I went back on Monday and told him. he said He would fix it so I set down and again he was really aggressive and fast with the machine and while he was working on my right hand the machine slipped because he was going so fast and it cut me and I started to bleed a little bit but he didn't pay much attention to it he just said sorry and kept going while my finger was burning and bleeding but I brushed it off

I don't know how the actual nails turn out because I couldn't stay. The guy was too harsh on my nails...he was going way too fast and clipped too deep on several nails and it cut into my actual nail bed of one pinky making it too tender to even wash my hands with soap and water. After washing my hands and the thought of glue touching the tender part I said I couldn't stay because it hurt too much...and being the nice person I am asked how much it was for taking them off. He said $5 and actually proceeded to charge me while the other guy asked me what the deal was. I showed him and got not one apology or "let's not charge you for your painful waste of time here" not even a "hey let's at least file to level off your nails" NOTHING! And on top of that the guys hands were sooooo sweaty! Lay of
