WOW! I must say, the way I randomly came across this salon and met the owner the day before my appointment almost felt destined. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed. The main issue was that pricing was neither listed nor discussed before the services were performed. I brought this to Cheryl’s attention, and she explained that she provided a receipt at the end of the services. While that is standard practice, it does not address the concern — clients should be informed of pricing before services are recommended and completed. To be clear, I have no problem paying for quality services, as it should be expected. My 8 yr old daughter was the client, and we had a fantastic experience with Cheryl. She was kind, welcoming, and very professional throughout the appointment. She made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for, and we were very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I went away with a list of products that were easily accessible to me. The smell of the products, as you know, when coming to a salon was the cherry on top! My only recommendations would be to have a clear idea on pricing prior to treatment and to be gentler on the clients. Maybe ask if you're being too harsh or how much pressure they'd like. I was also uncomfortable being asked to leave a review on the spot so I edited it later on to this version. I got a heat treatment, coloring, heat press, and hair cut. All in all, this cost around $450 I think. Definitely out of my price range but you live and you learn.
