Footy Rooty Harlingen

Absolutely the worst massage I have ever had. They didn't ask me what type of massage I wanted and the massage therapist, Juani, assumed I wanted her to apply extreme pressure all over my body. I politely asked her to apply less pressure and she continued applying extreme pressure. Even the foot massage was painful. I am physically fit and get a massage elsewhere once a month. My regular massage therapist was out sick so I randomly picked Footy Rooty. Terrible mistake. Can't recommend this place unless you love pain.

This place was a dump, and it smelled like mildew.. I went in for a massage and filled out a questionnaire of where and what was bothering me so the person that would be massaging me would know my problem, but when I was sent to the back the lady didn't do any of the things I had pointed out and on top of me telling the front desk that the person did not do a good job she told me that she would put someone else to make things better but that I would have to pay another 35$ for another 30 minutes and I asked why and she said that's what we charge I was extremely upset and paid 75$ for the trash that they gave me and let them know that I would be letting people know about the dirt they offered for a high price...

It was AMAZING. Love the atmosphere. First day I went was great detox massage and upper body massage was awesome. Went the next day for a swedish massage and it was amazing. She got a lot of my knots out of my back that I didn't know I had. Thank you very much hopefully will be a weekly thing.

Been here 3 times with my husband. Swedish massages here are awesome! Staff here are very friendly and professional. I wish I could make this a weekly thing!*** (For the people that are saying they were sore after their massage: it's up to each of us to communicate with our massage therapist and let him/her know when too much pressure is being used...and vice versa. There's no reason for a person to leave this place feeling sore and/or bruised.)

It's a good place but overpriced for my budget and especially since the time starts as soon as you WALK in the room. Wow! Yeah, nope, it should start when the massage starts. JS. The few times I've been there, I always feel cheated.
