The massage was fine. She kept going outside to do other stuff. When we finished, my bill was 67 dollars, and I tipped her 5 dollars. She stopped me and told me my tip was 13 dollars. She did the math on the calendar. She didn't let me leave without giving the full tip. That is unfair.

The place was fine like 5 years ago. Now, door towels are cold. Service is interrupted every 5 seconds. They obviously talk about you in a different language. And the smell is really disgusting: it smells like rotten eggs and dirty feet. I have no idea how this is okay.

I really like this massage place. It's very clean, and they truly respect your tranquility. Occasionally, they may need to answer a question or translate something, but it doesn't take away from the quality of the massage. I recommend them without hesitation

Yesterday I had a massage with my husband, and first of all, someone was constantly walking in and the employees were opening a bottle of soda, it was very audible. The woman who was doing my husband's massage was constantly leaving someone to come in, she meets them and is very distracted. This is not normal. I did not relax at all. People go to massages to be relaxed later, but we left there in a terrible state. Terrible service. I am a beauty master myself and I never demand from my clients to give me tips and especially 20%. If it were worth it, I would have given 20% myself. I gave $5. For each person, she tells me, why $5, we have $10 per person, I was shocked by the impudence of the person!!! I do not recommend such a place! Terrible service and impudent people!

Miki has been the best masseuse I’ve seen here, Linda is okay too. Most of them don’t understand English so it’s difficult to ask them to go harder or softer, especially when there are sensitive areas- so use hand signals or google translate. I’ve been coming here for over a year now. It’s a clean space, they take cash, card, gift receipts and reservations. I always get the one hour body work, my favorite part is the hot stones.
