Focus On Hair

I unfortunately called the day before my appointment so I felt like I should just go with who they had available. I will give the girl credit for telling me that she could not do the haircut that I wanted, I was happy that she was honest and I tipped her as such. But my question is should I have paid $70 for a trim? And I didn't even get the haircut I wanted. what I wanted was what they call a stack or an inverted bob. I didn't tip her because she gave me a great haircut. It was too short and she decided to do layers which I really didn't want. However the salon was nice the people were nice. Could the receptionist have been better? Absolutely! Could they have possibly found me somebody who could do the haircut I wanted? Maybe. I don't know because it wasn't offered. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Stephen does a wonderful highlighting and cutting my hair. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
