Focus Nails

I’m extremely disappointed. The guy that did my nails seems like it was his first day, which is fine but he clearly didn’t know what he was doing. The manager kept coming over and looking at his work but never stepped in or corrected him. My nails look horrible. I didn’t have the heart to tell him because he was so nervous the entire time. I’ll have to go somewhere else to get them repaired. Will never go back to focus nails again. Should have just asked for a refund.

To piggy back onto the previous review… there needs to be some positive thoughts after that. I want to give a MAJOR appreciation and shout out to CINDY!! Cindy has been doing my nails ever since I moved to Creedmoor and she has absolutely killed it. Her Instagram is @cindy.nails.makeup !!! Her artwork and social media speaks for itself in her skills and talent. Not only is she super friendly, she’s extremely talented and willing to try (and perfect) anything I’ve asked for even without picture inspiration. If you’re coming to focus nails you 100% need to book with Cindy!!! The shape of my nails are always pristine, designs are always precise, the thickness is breath taking. Not to mention I can wait well over a month without a fill in with the application and work of Cindy!

I absolutely LOVE Focus Nails 😍 I was honestly a little hesitant at first, but this place is truly a hidden gem. The facility is clean, welcoming, and super close to home — which is a huge plus. T did my nails and let me just say… he absolutely did his BIG one 👏🏽🔥 The attention to detail, the precision, and the overall vibe was top-tier. My nails came out exactly how I wanted, if not better. This is one of those places you randomly find and then never go anywhere else again. I would spend my money here 1,000 times over without hesitation. If you’re looking for quality work, great service, and a hidden gem of a nail salon — this is it. 💅🏽✨

My experience at Focus Nails was AMAZING!! Luna gave me the BEST pedicure that I’ve had in years and Cindy did an excellent job on my full set and eyebrows!! I have found my new nail shop!!
