Disappointed & frustrated with repeated scheduling issues at Nails Life Studio (Fort Collins). I’ve given this salon multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently problematic. On more than one occasion, I’ve arrived on time for my scheduled appointment only to find that no one was ready to take me. During my most recent visit, the technician was 45 minutes late — with no proactive communication or acknowledgment. I’ve personally watched other customers walk out visibly upset after their appointment times were not honored. Even when you do finally sit down, there’s a clear rush to catch up, and the quality suffers. I’ve experienced nail work that felt sloppy and imprecise, especially compared to what’s advertised and priced. Appointments exist for a reason. Respecting client

I came here before to get acrylics, which Kathy absolutely slayed - they were perfect and I got so many compliments. So when it came time for a fill, I made an appointment days prior and requested Kathy again. I walked in and she was busy with someone else so a different tech did my fill. While she was nice enough, my nails look awful. It's not been a week and the gel-x polish is chipping, my nails are bumpy, varying sizes and shapes, and the coat is uneven. I didn't feel comfortable saying anything at the time because the male who works there was being incredibly rude to another woman getting a pedicure. I haven't had my nails done for about 4-5 years and wanted to treat myself (and clean my nails up). A coworker recommended going here as her daughter and her see Jasmine. This is a family owned business too. I already had a plan to do a basic manicure. I was a walk in and they took me in immediately which was fantastic (I recommend getting on the schedule though)! I went in on Tuesday after 5pm. Kathy did a wonderful job and it was nice chatting with her. I plan on going back soon. If you plan on bringing some fam and friends with you (3+ people), they recommend calling ahead so they know just in case they are super booked!

Sreyneth has been my nail tech ever since I moved to Fort Collins 3 years ago and I won’t go anywhere else! She is so detail oriented, gentle, and precise with my nails. Her quality of work is exceptional and I’m so glad I found this spot for any nail needs!

This is my second time going to FoCo Nails and Spa and both times have been fantastic. Kath is incredible - she did my nails for my wedding and I couldnt be more thrilled with the results! She and her husband are lovely conversationalists as well! They’ve made a regular out of me, I’ll be coming back!!
