Scheduled an appointment for 11 am with Paulina to have it pushed back until 11:30 which I didn’t mind. The fact that I moved my appointment back for them and still waited 30 more minutes before I asked for a refund. No message or call stating they would be late until I asked for my deposit back. Very unprofessional I would’ve been more understanding if I would’ve received a message or call before waiting 30 minutes to just get sent home with no service. Mind you I booked April 12th.

I’ve went to fly girls before because I used to get my hair done by a great stylist there I left because that stylist was no longer there. This is my first time returning after two years to get my nails done by a nail tech at the boutique unprofessional is an understatement. The nail tech was very unprofessional. Her workspace was very dirty filthy. Also, I contacted the nail tech prior to my appointment. She advised me of two different prices. She couldn’t even advise me of what her actual price was. She gave me two different prices on Instagram and after I got in for my appointment she finished my set she quoted a higher price just because she wanted to. And it makes it hard to support artist out here when they pick and choose who they want to do good work on and they pick and choose wh

Great environment and wonderful customer service. Angie is the only person I trust to do my eyelash extensions. She is very patient and does an amazing job. Si is also great at facials and giving skincare advice. She also does a great job on eyebrows. I would definitely recommend for all of you beauty needs, they do it all!!

Scheduled an appt with Gabbi. A nail tech I go to from time to time. Been going for a few yrs but always get turned off by the contant unprofessionalism. Gabbi does decent work but will schedule an appt & not show up. This is a norm for her. Not sure why this shop has always been so unprofessional but its highly disgusting. They Will be quick to take your deposit only to be late ALMOST EVERYTIME then when not late they’ll have you waiting for almost an hour for the previous client to be done. Gabbi just wont show to the appt she booked. This is not the type of black owned business that you wanna waste money on. Take a little time to shop around. They’re are plenty more in Arizona. I have been coming to Fly Girls to get my hair done for years!! Every stylist that I have come in contact with there was always professional, on time and extremely skilled. The shop is always clean and they always make me feel like family when I come. They are a full service celebrity salon/spa that is BLACK OWNED and continuously growing and elevating!! I love it there!!
