Fly Factory Barber Lounge

I recently got my hair cut at The Fly Factory Lounge, and I'm extremely pleased with the results. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. Cliff listened carefully to what I wanted and offered some great suggestions. The haircut itself was precise, and the stylist paid close attention to detail. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend The Fly Factory Lounge to anyone looking for a great haircut in a comfortable setting.

This shop is the cleanest barber shop I’ve ever been too. The barbers were polite and professional but I have to say Rich the barber is simply amazing. Took my 3 year old and my son left looking handsome as ever and he told me he had fun. Rich interacted with him in a professional and fun manner and made him feel comfortable. Thank you Rich! We will most definitely recommend to friends and family and be back ourselves.

So my boyfriend will probably not come on here and make a review but I will for him. Cliff does an amazing job with his haircut and sends him home to me looking so good. If anyone is looking for a reliable and great barber Cliff is the guy. Plus when you make an appointment with him he is ready for you before you even get there and is very attentive while your there.

Let me preface this by saying FF is a pretty decent barbershop. I am taking the time to leave this review because, sometimes we cannot see the error in our ways until someone else points it out to us. I think that is the problem here, no one has ever had the gall to say to ownership, you need to do this better. So, here is a moment or two of truth for FF and staff. All barbers are very professional but, the owner (Cliff) is not. He is not the biggest on customer service which is ironic because he is in a personal care service industry.
