Lorry does a great job and I highly recommend going to her for a haircut!

We took our 2-year-old son to another hair cutting place for kids, but he screamed the whole time and didn't want to sit in their kids seat that looked like a car. The staff at that place didn't do much to calm him down either. Then we took our son to Floyd's not knowing what to expect from a barbershop for a child. They did AMAZING with our son. He sat still by himself the whole time. The barber was wonderful with him. She let him touch the clippers and made him feel empowered...and not scared. She treated my son like a young man, so he acted accordingly. We went back a second time with a different barber and our son did just as well the second time. I have been coming to Flora’s barber shop for several years. I have always been pleased with the way Lorry has cut my hair. Without hesitation I would highly recommend her . I can not say enough good things about Lorry. She’s really cares that her clients get a good haircut they are happy with. We were almost at the end of the haircut and I wanted to go shorter on the sides. She was super nice about it. Made it happen and made me happy. I will be back!

The ladies at this shop not only can cut hair but can hold a great conversation. They also have a wonderful poodle that plays catch as you wait. Old world shop that tugs at my heart strings. I'd drive 100 miles each way if I had to just to sit in their chair. Great place with over the top style throughout.
