5- Stars for Lynn!! In searching for a new Barber close to home I booked an appointment at the Windsor location with Lynn. She did an exceptional job! She listened to my preferences and followed through perfectly! I’m rather picky about my Beard and she had no problem taking care of me with the best of service! She has a great attitude and was a pleasure to sit in her chair. I will be returning in a couple weeks to continue having her trim up my beard. Please give her the opportunity to take care of you! You won’t be disappointed. Top-tier service and A+ results.

I had a few good cuts before, but after calling and booking a haircut and shave for 4:10, I had to wait until 4:30 (you see the other patron was late, so instead of either canceling them or rushing them, I was the one who had to wait)... When I finally sat down in the chair I was told that I didnt book a haircut and shave, which I had hours earlier. I said I would prefer just the cut then if we have time, which honestly was a mistake on my part, I should have walked right then and there, but they should have told me they were going to leave at 5 on the dot, or just suggested an entire reschedule. The haircut felt rushed, a lot of pricks pokes and fingers to the eyes that im sure she didnt even notice she did to me cause of the speed of the haircut that they were trying to so obviously rush

I come to Floyd's SPECIFICALLY for PJ. Every time I have the joy of getting a haircut from PJ, I receive compliments for WEEKS. PJ is a great conversationalist, and an even better hair stylist. It is really hard for me to find stylists that can work with my chaotic curls. PJ does a first rate job, and that's the least interesting thing about him! I recommend highly that if you want a look that people will go bananas over, PJ is the right stylist for the job.

Desiree, my stylist is wonderful. She does the best wash and head massage, always gets the cut and color perfect.

Had an appointment for 12:30 but never got called back for the appointment until 1pm. Had groceries in the car which was not great. The haircut was very good, so I am glad we didn't leave, even though we almost did. They take their time Moral of the story, don't grocery shop before your "appointment", they can chose to call you 30 minutes after your "appointment".
