Just incredible custom service, blown away by their ability and willingness to help and pivot for a sensitive autistic teen. We arrived and the environment was a bit overstimulating between the music and the wall art and photographs. He ran out immediately. It had taken weeks to convince him to have a haircut. He was however happily sitting outside and I knew we were down to me cutting his hair (which was another disaster waiting to happen, gulp!) I went to the staff, who I had called ahead of time to find the most the most accommodating stylist to be a good fit, and said, "I know this is really weird but any chance you could trim his hair outside"? We've been going to various Floyd's for years and have always been happy with the results. My 14yr old went with his father on 9/14 and had Krystal who needs some lessons on customer service and just good manners. During his haircut she kept discussing how bad my son's acne was and how he should really take care of it and he should really see a dermatologist and what to do. Not only does she not have any class or good sense that she should never talk to anyone like that let alone a child but she also knows nothing about him or his skin condition to mention it to him other than to be rude and hurt his self confidence My child does see a dermatologist , does take care of his skin and she should be more concerned about working on her customer service and improving her barbering skills( pro
