Flow & Glow Spa

In February of this year, I had the pleasure to experience aerial yoga and pilates at Flow & Glow Spa. It is now a part of my weekly full-body workout routine, and I couldn't be happier to be part of this community. Since starting the classes, I have seen significant improvements in my body, I have more energy, feel stronger, more flexible, and my mental health has improved. Katie is a fantastic teacher. She's patient, knowledgeable, provides clear instructions, and has helpful modifications. The classes are a great introduction to aerial yoga, challenging but accessible for all levels. The studio itself has a calm zen atmosphere and is always clean. The aerial silks are in good condition, and I feel very safe throughout the class. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone wanting
