I got my hair done today at Florine Professional Hair Braiding and I’m so glad I chose her! She has amazing customer service, a warm personality, and her home studio is spotless, organized, and really comfortable. I got medium knotless braids with triangle parts, and she did such a beautiful job — clean parts, neat braids, and exactly the look I wanted. Her pricing is also very fair for the quality of work and the time she puts in. Florine is quick, gentle, and truly professional. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for great braids!

Florine was an absolute godsend! I needed my hair done the same day and didn’t think I’d be able to find a stylist who could accommodate me on such short notice, but from the moment she answered the phone, Florine was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. Not only did she fit me in, but she worked quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of her work. I’m also very tender-headed, so I was a bit nervous going in but she was so gentle and attentive that I actually fell asleep while she was doing my hair! She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay, which I really appreciated. Mrs. Florine did an exceptional job with my hair. She was very gentle and swift! I was in and out in 1.5 hrs. Her pricing is very affordable and I look forward to coming back to get another hairstyle! ☺️

Love how my knotless braids turned out! Everyone was so kind, hospitable, and attentive. The parting is crisp. They were able to get butt length knotless braids done in 4 hrs. Definitely will come back.

This review is long overdue, but if you’re a DMV girlie looking for a quality braider, Florine is your lady! Her shop is located in her home, and the atmosphere is clean, serene, and welcoming. Florine is kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She’s an excellent braider, her prices are very reasonable, and depending on the style, you won’t have to spend your whole day in the chair—she’s fast and efficient. She and her assistant had me in and out in about three hours. If you’re looking for a skilled braider, a clean shop, and genuinely good vibes, Florine is where you need to be!
