I've been trying to get a hold of y'all need to make the purchase for the wigs.

The owner is awesome! Me & my friend went to the mall last minute to go and buy the most beautiful hair extensions floars beauty supply store has to offer. When we got there, they were closed but luckily the owner saw us and he was so sweet to reopen and allow us to make a purchase very last minute. This store is the best in Brockton! Not only do they offer top quality products they also offer top quality customer service! I have been going here for years and they always meet my expectations! Thank you Floras Beauty Supply :)

UPDATE AS OF 2024: The place has really improved, no one looking over your shoulder and the owner is always courteous. *Buyer be aware that staff will be following you while shopping. I decided not to buy what I wanted. Very unpleasant experience today.*

Poor customer service. And they don’t have anything useful in there, limited supplies. Best to call and ask about product before spending gas to come here.
